Robert Stephens writes in Intelligent Glass Solutions Magazine

Robert Stephens, a Founding Partner and Executive Director of Inhabit, has published an article in Intelligent Glass Solutions Magazine, entitled Successful Collaboration is Future Proof.
In the article he discusses the complexities of a range of Inhabit projects in the Middle East including One Zabeel, currently under construction. Designed by Japanese firm Nikken Sekkei, and developed by Ithra Dubai, this project features two towers linked by a 228 metre bridge with a 66 metre-long cantilever link, be 100 metres above ground, and 87 metres above the elevated highway running between the project’s towers.

Inhabit provided consultancy services for facades (including procurement QA/QC) and building maintenance on this signature project. Robert Stephens wrote:

“The client had aspirations of very clear and high quality glass so we worked collaboratively to get the best possible procurement strategy and QA/QC procedures in place for the project. This no doubt resulted in an exceedingly high quality of glass façade on this project.”

Other Inhabit projects mentioned in the article include Sky Venture, Dubai International Financial Centre Gateway Avenue, Dubai Expo 2020 Sustainability Building and the UAE Pavilion, City Walk and Bluewaters.
