THE OUTLET VILLAGE MALL

The Outlet Village Mall is a premium, indoor retail destination developed by Meraas, that has been opened to complement the new Parks and Resorts theme park precinct of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project is within easy reach of Dubai city and Abu Dhabi as well as Al Maktoum International Airport,

Designed by U+A , the architecture is inspired by the medieval Italian hill town of San Gimignano, located in Tuscany, with stone walls, glazed entries and skylights.

Inhabit was engaged by Laing O’Rourke to provide façade consultancy for the glazed entries of the mall. The role included consultancy services for concept design, tender documents and engineering of complex twin glass fin assemblies and site inspections.
