THE LANTERN BUILDING

Thermal modelling and calculations of a typical unitised curtain wall system, Full Façade Consultancy services including schematic design, design development, tender documentation,  performance specification, shop drawing review and construction supervision.

The 1880’s Good Shed has been refurbished and a new tower, the Lantern Building, has been added at the western end to provide office accommodation. This building features 5 floors of office accommodation and has a 5-star Green Star as built and a NABERS 4.5 Star rating. The Lantern Building also features a retail space adjacent to the main lobby. The unitised curtain wall system of the building is formed by a prism glazing system.
