The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel

Situated on the waterfront along Hong Kong’s southern coastline in Shum Wan, the Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel is a luxury resort with 425 guest rooms and suites with panoramic views of the South China Sea and five dining areas.

Designed by Aedas, the development has attained the WELL Precertification under the WELL Building Standard v2, becoming the first hotel project in Hong Kong and Mainland China to receive this internationally acclaimed recognition. This commitment extends to environmental initiatives including the elimination of single-use plastics, sourcing sustainable seafood, and an in-situ hotel farm.

The resort’s two streamlined towers, which fit into the contours of the surrounding landscape, have a slightly curved shape to maximise the façade frontage, offering unobstructed ocean views to every guest room. The towers sit atop a cascading podium with terraces stepping down towards the sea.

Inhabit provided façade consulting to Parkland (Hong Kong) Limited for the project.
