ONE PARRAMATTA SQUARE (1PSQ)

The building comprises a six-level office tower and eight-level vertical campus for Western Sydney University, Sydney, Australia. Completed in late 2016,  1 Parramatta Square (1PSQ), at 169 Macquarie Street, Parramatta, Sydney, was designed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating and was the first phase of a $2.7 billion master plan for a pedestrianized center of Parramatta.

The objective of the project is to blend innovative state-of-the-art technology with the latest collaborative learning spaces for teaching including tutorial rooms, lecture theatres, breakout spaces and offices.
