Piramal Aranya

Piramal Aranya is a luxury, residential development in Mumbai’s Byculla district, spread across 7 acres (2.8 ha) with views of the botanical gardens and Byculla zoo the on the west and the city’s skyline and Harbour on the East. This signature development from Piramal Realty will be amongst the tallest buildings in the city.

Designed by Make (design architect) and SSA (local architect), Piramal Aranya consists of 3 towers, the tallest standing up to 280 m high. The towers’ façades consist of a floor-to-ceiling glass solution in unitised curtain wall and unitised window wall panels. Inhabit was engaged by Piramal Realty to provide full process façade and BMU consulting.

The glazing was selected to achieve optimum daylight with heat gain mitigation, minimising light glare and ambient noise. A sliding window was integrated into a unitised curtain wall panel for better ventilation and to connect with the outdoors.

The façade framing is custom shaped with strategic placement of frames for improved sightlines and an enhanced occupant experience.
