NO 380 LONSDALE STREET

380 Lonsdale Street is a twin tower development currently under construction in Melbourne, Australia. The towers of 68 and 52 levels will stand approximately 217.5m tall and soar above an integrated 7-level podium. Australian developers Brady Property Group are building a bespoke addition to the Melbourne skyline  incorporating residential apartments and a hotel complex with the high-rise towers.

The Elenberg Fraser design comprises 616 residential units, 112 premium apartments, 312 boutique hotel rooms, commercial and retail spaces and a long list of amenities.

The tower façade comprises a bespoke curved and stepped unitised curtain wall. The podium façades largely comprise glass fins supporting oversized glazing to the stepped feature glass pods and ground plane facades, mixed in with feature cladding, skylights, double height glazed pool enclosure and a curved glass entry soffit.

Inhabit is façade consultant on the project which is expected to be completed in 2020.
