Maple Tree Shanghai

Mapletree Business City Shanghai and VivoCity Shanghai was named the “ultimate world’s Best International Mixed-Use Architecture” of 2015, according to the International Property Awards.

The mixed-use development merged retail, dining and entertainment with Grade A offices. This project consists of seven office towers  40m to 100m tall, and a shopping centre with a double curved façade. The main façade types on this project are unitized curtain wall, stick walls and metal cladding.
