Inhabit was engaged by internationally renowned interior designer Bilkey Llinas to provided specialist lighting design for the hotel. The Lighting Design Team provided specialist lighting consultancy for the unique public areas of the hotel. Key areas comprise an entrance lobby, fine dining restaurant, Japanese restaurant, private dining rooms, function spaces, hotel reception and VIP Areas.
“Working in collaboration with the interior designer, the Inhabit Lighting Design Team developed highly detailed lighting elements that are integrated with the built form to provide a cohesive and homogeneous aesthetic, and limit the number of visible luminaires. In concert with this approach, it was equally important that the lighting provides the exact level of contrast one would expect in a luxury hotel of the highest calibre.”
