CHANGSHA IFS
Two skyscrapers soar above a prominent mixed-use development in the heart of Changsha, Hunan, People’s Republic of China, creating a distinctive landmark on the city skyline.
Changsha International Finance Square (IFS) features a 450m tower and a 330m tower and a large commercial podium housing a retail mall with more than 400 shops. It is the tallest building in Changsha with a total GFA of about 980,000 sqm. This mixed-use development will house offices and a hotel.
Inhabit was engaged as façade consultants with teams from the Hong Kong, Beijing, Chengdu and Shanghai offices collaborating on the project.
The main façade types on the complex include unitized curtain wall, stick walls and glass walls.
The project was completed in May 2018.
