BARANGAROO COMMERCIAL TOWERS T1

The architects conceived the Barangaroo Commercial Towers as three sibling buildings each with their own identity. Tower 1 is the largest commercial tower constructed in the commercial development at the AU$6 billion Barangaroo project. Barangaroo is the most extensive urban renewal project in Sydney since the 2000 Olympic Games, with plans for it to become Sydney’s future economic precinct.

Together the three towers provide around 490,000 sqm of grade A commercial space. The 52-storey commercial office tower is the tallest of the three with a façade with projecting glass fins that radiate from the curtain wall.

The building is serviced by 2 Building Maintenance Units. Inhabit provided a review of contractor submissions, assessing vibration isolation requirements, QA and safety requirements, as well as factory inspections.
