Al FATTAN SKY TOWERS

Located in Umm Ramool, the Al Fattan Sky Towers dominate the Dubai skyline. Designed by architects AE7, the 20-storey twin residential towers have a roof-level penthouse, basement parking and retail podia.

Dubai Creek Harbour and Business Bay are a 15-minute drive away and the development is 1 km from Dubai International Airport as well as close to connecting highways.

The façade is a glazed unitized curtain wall with staggered balconies that form a maxtrix pattern. The building is located in an otherwise low-rise area, and due to the orientation, the glazed projecting balconies catch the light at sunset.
