4 MURRAY ROSE AVENUE

Sydney Olympic Park was developed as a major sporting complex for the 2000 Sydney Olympics and its facilities continue to be used for sporting, musical, and cultural events.

Under the the Sydney Olympic Park Masterplan 2030, the surrounding area is developing as a world-class mixed-use precinct with up to 10,000 apartments and more than 100,000 square metres of retail space developed alongside a new commercial core.

The 15,700 square metre office development at 4 Murray Rose Avenue, Olympic Park, will house the headquarters for the New South Wales Rural Fire Service (RFS). This Grade A commercial building was designed to achieve 5 Green Star certification and 5 Star NABERS rating (Energy and Water) with energy efficient lighting design and water efficient fixtures, water recycling and re-use.

Inhabit was engaged by Lend Lease for full façade consulting from the design through to construction phase. The final inspection was completed in October 2018.
