Thibault Legras Associate | Paris

Based in Paris, Thibault is involved in local and international façade projects as project manager and engineer whilst also developing the Inhabit business in Europe.

With an education in both engineering and architecture, Thibault is a curious and multi-skilled engineer with a strong interest in architecture as well as in the technical feasibility of a project. Over the last 6 years, Thibault has gained a strong experience in façade engineering and project management. As an associate, he works with some of the most prominent architecture firms, guiding façade design and, as an engineer, he leads engineering design by producing technical documents and liaising with technical authorities.

Working in Inhabit Hong Kong for almost 5 years, Thibault acquired considerable experience in façade engineering, on-site inspection, factory QA/QC inspection and delivering solid projects. He learned the technical aspect of façade design whilst preserving the design aesthetics and ensuring constructability. He has worked with multiple façade and structural systems from design stage to completion. Thibault also has an understanding of parametric design that can be implemented in the façade design process and can aid in developing a solution for architects and clients to rationalise the façade design.

Some of Thibault’s most prominent projects include:
. Athlete Village for 2024 Olympic Games, Paris
. Riga Station, Latvia
. Galeries Lafayette Annecy, France
