Neil Kendrick Technical Director | Sydney

As a Technical Director for Inhabit’s Sydney office, Neil leads technical quality and engineering consulting. He is an internationally respected façade specialist with a particular focus on delivering challenging designs. Neil has more than 25 years’ international experience working in the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.

His focus has been the delivery of major projects and iconic buildings with leading international architects including Gehry Partners, Foster + Partners, Renzo Piano Building Workshop, Rem Koolhaas, SOM, RMJM and Rogers Stirk Harbour.

Neil has worked with project teams to deliver the façades of some of the iconic buildings of the City of London skyline as well as providing strategic façade advice to projects across London, Birmingham and Manchester.

In Australia Neil has provided façade technical input across the delivery of numerous developments, including and the RNA Showgrounds urban renewal development in Brisbane. As the façade design manager, he delivered the façade of the Brisbane Supreme Court and District Courts project – the most complicated and highest value single façade package designed and constructed in Australia at the time.
