Lui leads the Perth office and brings over 20 years of architectural experience from a design and project management background to the Inhabit team.

Lui’s responsibilities and achievements have involved the delivery and management of a number of high profile building projects in both Perth and Melbourne, including the different building typologies of public, health, retail, commercial and residential. In this capacity, he has worked on all facets of project development, from design to documentation and construction. Given his background as a Registered Architect, Lui has a keen appreciation of architectural design and enjoys working with designers to resolve complex geometries and develop systems that articulate their design.

Building upon Inhabit’s success in the Australian market, Lui has a key leadership role in interfacing with design and construction teams, including reporting to clients on progress and coordinating the requirements of the architectural, services, structural, acoustic and project brief requirements within the façade documentation, project management and quality assurance systems that are necessary for the successful delivery of large, complex projects.
