Hugh Brennand Deputy CEO & Founding Partner

Hugh is an Deputy CEO and Founding Partner of Inhabit and sits on the Board of Directors for Inhabit globally. He is based in Hong Kong .

Hugh is responsible for the business operations of the Hong Kong and Macau offices. He oversees projects in China and South East Asia as well as providing technical support and mentoring to the Inhabit team and managing the Hong Kong office.

With an engineering background, Hugh’s experience has focused primarily on façade engineering. Over the past 10 years, he has worked closely with architects on a wide variety of projects allowing him a greater appreciation of the architectural vision.

With expertise across a variety of project types, ranging from boutique shop fronts to super tall skyscrapers, Hugh has developed design knowledge that covers a vast array of façade systems and materials. This has included a considerable investment of time working on complex geometry resolution, access and maintenance and, more recently, lighting and ESD disciplines, all of which have a direct relationship with the façade.
