Cody Lui Associate | Melbourne

Cody has experience on a range of commercial and residential projects across Australia, with project involvement in mixed-use commercial building projects as well as a range of medium-density, high-rise residential apartments that have acoustic and building physics considerations. Drawing on this experience, he guides builders and developers on the intricacies of façade design, component design and overall engineering quality.

The breadth of Cody’s experience includes involvement from preliminary engineering working with architects at the conceptual stage to detailed engineering and shop drawing delivery at tender with the fabricator. Cody is responsible for all design, documentation, administration and compliance with project constraints undertaken for façades, structures and BMU systems.

His focus is on the efficient completion of all projects and maintaining excellent technical standards and client satisfaction. Cody’s understanding of cost planning and output requirements to meet project budgets, means projects are completed on-time and without cost overrun, delivering successful outcomes for Inhabit’s clients.
