Inhabit opens in Perth & Shenyang
Inhabit Perth
The new Inhabit Perth office officially opened its doors in August.
Led by Lui Violanti, Perth builds upon Inhabit’s success in the Australian market by being the fourth office in Australia. With a background in Architecture (B.Arch, Curtin University), Lui has been formally appointed to the role of Western Australia Manager. His responsibilities include setup and establishment of the Perth operations for Inhabit, including new business, hiring local staff and overseeing the quality of Inhabit’s existing projects.
A trio of projects currently underway with Leighton Properties and COX Architecture is the King Square development.

. King Square Three: 9 storey mixed use, $39 million AUD
. King Square Four: 11 storey commercial building, $64 million AUD

Inhabit Shenyang
Inhabit is also pleased to announce the opening of our latest China based office in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, last week. Shenyang complements the existing offices located in Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
The office will be managed by Mr Robert Wang, who has been working within the Inhabit Beijing team for the past 18 months servicing this region remotely. This new location will allow Inhabit to provide on the ground local support to all our existing and new projects in the Northeast China area.
With Northeast China being an actively growing market, Inhabit will be able to provide a more supportive, hands-on service to our clients.

. Legend Science and Technology City, Daqing – Complex development with GFA of approximately 460,000 sq.m.
. Songbei Shangri-La Hotel, Harbin – 200m high 5-star hotel with 566 rooms
. COFCO Plaza, Shenyang – Complex development with office, apartment and commercials accommodation, with GFA of approximately 110,000 sq.m.
