Inhabit Hong Kong to work on HK$2.7 billion project

The Kwun Tong Composite Development (KTCD) is a HK$2.7 billion design and construct contract recently awarded to Gammon Construction Limited.

Inhabit’s Hong Kong team has been appointed by the Architectural Services Department as the façade and lighting designer for the development.

The project includes a 25-storey tower that will contain the Civil Service College and other training and medical facilities, and a 9-storey low block that will accommodate a range of community and welfare amenities.

The development is due to be completed in 2026.

Jovi Wong, Regional Manager | Hong Kong + Macau (pictured left), who is leading the project team, commented:

“Inhabit is excited to be part of the team on this outstanding project.”
