Elissa Stirling writes in NAWIC 25th Anniversary Journal

The National Association of Women in Construction (Australia) has published its 25th anniversary Journal featuring an article by Elissa Stirling, Regional Manager | Victoria.

In the article Elissa discusses mentoring graduates at Inhabit and the difference having strong mentors has made to her career:

“What I love about mentoring is that I learn as much as I teach – there is no hierarchy. It is two-way communication and is as good for my own professional development as it is for me mentees’.”

Elissa also looks at the changes in the construction industry with regard to gender equality and how the global pandemic has changed the way we work.
