AUSTRALIAN CENTRE ON CHINA IN THE WORLD
The Australian Centre on China in the World (CIW) is a world-leading research institution established to enhance the existing capabilities on the study of contemporary China at The Australian National University. The project, designed by Beijing-based architect Gerald Szeto (司徒佐) of Mo Atelier Szeto Architects, is working with Canberra firm Munns Sly Moore Architects to design a building that reflects the requirements of a research institution whilst aesthetically significant and incorporating modern Chinese elements. CIW is located at The Australian National University, Canberra and will be a signature structure at the heart of the campus.
