Project Description
The Visitor Centre is to be the first in a series of buildings constructed in the new Beijing Green Building Park to demonstrate innovation and sustainability in construction. The Centre is to be a symbolic building welcoming visitors.
The desire is for the Visitor Centre to be exemplar best practice demonstrating zero carbon, advanced passive design and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’. It has some 4,300 sqm floor area spread over a maximum of 3 storeys.
