Responsibilities will include:

• Producing CAD details of façade systems based on architectural sketches
• Developing different façade systems for a variety of climates, structural conditions, etc
• Working closely with other team members to produce concept, detailed and tender packages
• Developing personal skills in design, engineering, materials, etc
• Communicating with design team and manager on a daily basis
• Attending meetings with Architects and Contractors

As a successful candidate you will have:

• Minimum 3-5 years experience in façade design/drafting
• Proficiency in ACAD, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
• Knowledge of 3D design software (Rhino, CATIA, etc) is an advantage
• Knowledge of 3D geometrical analysis (Grasshopper, Excel, etc) is an advantage
• Knowledge of graphics software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) is an advantage
