The project is a twin hotel tower development on a shared podium, the first tower is 150m tall with the second at 135m. The façades consist of a fully unitised curtain wall on the towers, and various glass wall and window systems on the podium.

Project Description
Uniquely designed ‘traditional Chinese’ vernacular façade, the 9-level hotel sits atop a large podium with intricately designed pagoda style roofs and external façade elements.
